FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Industrialcore is the thermal-hardening TGIC-free polyester powder perfect for the quality painting of artefacts located indoors or outdoors, such as the ones used in the industrial sector, for urban furnishings, for the automotive sector (automobile and motorcycle components, agricultural machinery, etc.), for the painting of iron, steel, cast iron, etc.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The possibility to meet all of the customer’s needs in terms of effects, colours and finishes is combined with the excellent characteristics of resistance to UV rays (product for exteriors), to chalking and to many other agents, of both chemical or atmospheric origin. The product for interiors, on the other hand, is perfect for painting artefacts which are not meant to be exposed to UV rays or to atmospheric agents, and for which only the appearance component is needed.

The lower cost compared to paints covered by the Qualicoat certification does not mean lower quality in appearance and applicability. Depending on the needs in terms of resistance to external agents, you can choose between the product for indoors or outdoors.

The product can be applied either automatically or manually, by means of triboelectric spray guns or electrostatic corona spray guns (60/80 KV).

Industrialcore products are developed in relation to the customer’s needs, in any colour version (RAL, Pantone, NCS) or as per the sample, guaranteeing all kinds of brilliance (glossy, semi-glossy, semi-matt, matt, super-matt), metallization, finish (smooth, dimpled, crumpled, hammered, etc.) and other special effects (transparent, pearlescent, moiré, etc.).
