FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Sublicore is the thermal-hardening powder suited for the sublicromia process.

The powder is first applied to the support to be coated, usually an aluminium profile or panel; once polymerization has occurred, transfer paper is applied which, through the release of ink in the painted surface, makes the support similar to wood, marble, granite and to endless veins, patterns and shades.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The Sublicore PE version made with TGIC-free polyester is suited for application to supports located indoors and outdoors, due to its high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents. Sublicore meets all the requirements needed for the Qualideco Class 1 type-approval.

The Sublicore PU version made with polyurethane is especially suited for application to supports located outdoors, due to its high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents.

The product can be applied either automatically or manually, by means of corona spray guns (60/80 KV) or triboelectric spray guns.

LIST OF FINISHES

Sublicore products are developed in any colour variant, including as per sample, so that any pattern in any colour variant can be obtained.
