FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Supercore is the TGIC-free polyester powder certified Qualicoat Class 2. This thermal-hardening powder is perfect for the high-quality painting of artefacts for applications in the architectural sector, and specifically for the painting of aluminium door and window frames and facade components that have to offer high performances in terms of resistance to UV rays (higher gloss retention and less colour degradation), especially if applied in particularly critical areas (seaside locations, low latitudes, places with high pollution levels, etc.).

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The possibility to meet all of the customer’s needs in terms of effects and colours is combined with the excellent characteristics of resistance to UV rays (ideal product for outdoors), to chalking and to many other agents, whether of chemical or atmospheric origin. The product can be applied either automatically or manually, by means of triboelectric spray guns or electrostatic corona spray guns.

LIST OF FINISHES

Supercore products are developed in relation to the customer’s needs, in any colour version (RAL, Pantone, NCS) or as per the sample in smooth (from glossy to matt), metallised and crumpled finishes. Stardust Powder Coatings is also open to evaluating requests for products type-approved in Class 2 for all the other finishes.
