FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Tdue is the thermal-hardening TGIC-free polyester powder with sufficient flexibility: thanks to its excellent mechanical performances, it can guarantee the folding with Tdue radius of pre-coated aluminium and steel sheets, with no risk of cracking or breaking of the coated layer, thus preserving the underlying metallic support from normal or filiform corrosion.

This powder coating was designed and developed for those looking for an intermediate product between “Starcore” and “Tzero” in terms of mechanical performances.

Tdue is perfect from a cost-effectiveness standpoint, as it is cheaper compared to top-of-the-range products such as “Tzero”, but is nevertheless perfect for those who need to pre-coat aluminium or steel sheets that will be subsequently bent to form angles of approximately 90°, typical of the manufacture of panels used for continuous facades.

Tdue also ensures the highest standards in terms of other characteristics: high aesthetic level, excellent performances in terms of resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays, and high application yield.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The possibility to meet all of the customer’s needs in terms of effects and colours is combined with good mechanical characteristics, high resistance to UV rays (product for outdoors), to chalking and to many other agents, whether of chemical or atmospheric origin.

The product can be applied either automatically or manually, by means of rotary cups, automatic electrostatic spray guns or manual corona spray guns.

Tdue products are developed in relation to the customer’s needs, in any colour version (RAL, Pantone, NCS) or as per the sample, guaranteeing all kinds of brilliance (glossy, semi-glossy, semi-matt, matt), metallization and other special effects (transparent, pearlescent, moiré, etc.).
